JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably within the UAE. The successful candidate will support our real estate team with administrative, marketing, and client service tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to agents and management
· Prepare, proofread, and process real estate documents including tenancy contracts, MOUs, sales agreements Contract A, B & F.
· Coordinate property listings, manage CRM entries, and update property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.)
· Assist with Ejari registration and document submission through DLD systems
· Handle incoming calls, emails, office correspondence, and client inquiries
· Support marketing activities: creating brochures, social media posts, and listing promotions
· Maintain filing systems, client databases, and office supplies inventory
Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA guidelines
· Knowledgeable with AML Screening.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate role, preferably in Dubai
· Familiarity with Dubai real estate processes, contracts, and DLD regulations
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of CRM tools
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
· Professional demeanor and a customer-focused approach
· Knowledge of Ejari system, RERA documentation, and basic bookkeeping is a strong advantage.
