QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
  • Experience with AI (i.e. ChatGPT) to craft written communications and designs
  • High level of initiative and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management capabilities
  • Ability to work very well under pressure
  • Must be proficient in English
  • Marketing knowledge is considered an asset
  • Real Estate Administrative experience is preferred

Responsibilities

WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL THIS POSITION WITH A CANDIDATE WHO CAN COMMIT TO A LONG-TERM ROLE, AND IT WOULD NOT BE A GOOD FIT FOR SOMEONE LOOKING FOR A TEMPORARY SHORT-TERM ROLE.

Location: Newmarket – Stellar & Pony Dr

Job Type: Full -time

  • Monday – Friday, 9:30 am - 3:30 pm (5 days a week)
  • Looking for a candidate who is flexible (has some weekend availability if needed)
  • 30-40 hours per week

Wage Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Uploading and updating listings on REALM
  • Preparing offers and listing documents using WebForms
  • Booking appointments and tracking confirmations – following up where required
  • Co-ordinating listing property set-up and preparation, such as booking / coordinating / scheduling photographers
  • Organizing distribution of marketing materials (dropping off / picking up flyers from printer, Canada Post or flyer distribution company)
  • Updating social media and websites with new listings (Facebook, Instagram,Tik Tok, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Managing social media advertising
  • Designing & Editing Social Media posts using Canva
  • Creating and sending marketing emails
  • Managing client database
  • Working with online CRMs
  • Ensuring all required paperwork/documents are collected and completed correctly
  • Following up and responding to emails
