EXPERIENCE

  • Self-starter—-able to work independently Monday-Thursday without micromanagement.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in real estate marketing,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Adobe Acrobat Pro, and data management.
  • Ability to prioritize , multitask, and handle projects to from start to finish.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, utilizing skills in copywriting and content marketing to attract potential clients.
  • Manage and optimize advertising sales initiatives across digital channels, including Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential clients to inform strategic decisions.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design promotional materials for print advertising and online use.
  • Support the management of our website through WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to enhance efficiency in lead generation and nurturing processes.
  • Manage listings across platforms, (MARIS MLS, Crexi, Catalyst, Land.com , etc).
  • Oversee website updates
  • Research property owners, zoning, utilities, FEMA maps,
  • Manage ACT database, LinkedIn, and other professional network outreach.
  • Coordinate with title companies on under-contract and closing files.
  • General office support: correspondence, scheduling, light bookkeeping tasks.
  • Research obtaining emails , email blast
