ABOUT US:

We are a leading real estate company in Dubai, known for our dynamic approach and commitment to excellence. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and willing to work beyond standard hours to support our growing operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate administration in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of RERA, Trakheesi, VAT filings, and WPS.
  • Experience in property management, commission tracking, and tax invoicing.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with property listing portals (Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.) is a plus—training will be provided.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and respond to urgent requests.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Administrative & Operational Support:
  • List and manage property advertisements on Property Finder, company website, and other portals (training will be provided).
  • Handle CRM updates, data entry, and document filing.
  • Prepare and submit Trakheesi permits and ensure compliance with RERA regulations.
  • Generate tax invoices for commission claims and follow up on payments.
  • Assist in WPS payroll processing for agents and staff.(Training will be provided)
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and clients for property availability, viewings, and documentation.
  • Financial & Tax Compliance:
  • Prepare and file Federal Tax Authority (FTA) VAT returns accurately and on time.
  • Manage commission follow-ups and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain records of transactions, invoices, and financial documents.
  • Client & Management Support:
  • Act as a point of contact for management, responding to calls and emails after working hours and on weekends when required.
  • Assist in drafting contracts, addendums, and other real estate documents (Form A, B,F, I, etc.).
  • Provide reports and updates to management on property status, sales, and rentals.
