The Adrian Young Team at Keller Williams Keystone is looking for an administrator and transaction coordinator to support their successful team! If you are looking to get your start in real estate or further your career, we’ve got a spot for you.
Our team takes pride in the outstanding service we provide to our clients. We are looking for someone who shares that same passion for quality service, is personable, friendly, and loves all things real estate. If you enjoy working in a team environment and having the support of driven agents, our team is for you! This is a commission based position, once a PA real estate license is obtained. Most work can be done remotely, but office time will also be required. Local to the York PA area, or willing to travel to, is a must.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have, or be willing to obtain, a Pennsylvania Real Estate license
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to come to the office in York, PA several hours a week

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize paperwork, including contracts, addendums, and disclosures.
  • Ensure that all necessary documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and transaction activity tracking.
  • Manage all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed agreement of sale to closing.
  • Oversee contract deadline.
  • Regularly update and maintain communication with parties involved in a transaction.
  • Manage agent’s calendars.
  • Schedule necessary inspections between inspector and client.
  • Coordinate photography for upcoming listings.
  • Organize community outreach.
  • Other administrative tasks that may arise.
