Real Estate Administrator
The ideal Administrator for The Chris Scott Team will bring either prior Real Estate industry experience or a strong background in administration. This is a role for someone who thrives on the operational and organizational side of the business—not sales. If implementing systems, building structure, and creating order energizes you, this could be the perfect fit.
In this position, you’ll take ownership of the entire contract-to-close process, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently so files close on time. Your work will create a seamless experience for clients and all parties involved.
We’re looking for someone who delivers exceptional customer service, supports the team with a positive attitude, and is committed to our mission: providing every client with a “raving fan” service experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Prior Real Estate industry experience is an asset
  • Real Estate license is an asset
  • Tech-savvy is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, and Publisher would be beneficial
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills are a must!
  • Learning-based
  • Must be able to work in our Kanata office weekdays 9-5 (full-time)
  • Having a car is a requirement

Responsibilities
  • Manage client systems to ensure a great client experience
  • Manage and oversee the execution of projects for the Team Lead
  • Assemble pre-listing and pre-buyer packets to prepare Agents for appointments
  • Manage administration and contract-to-close process of the team’s real estate transactions
  • Be the first point of contact in handling all inquiries and concerns
  • Care of front and back-office support, getting listings live on the market
