Job Description:
As a Real Estate Administrator cum Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate agency. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and also handle incoming calls from clients, potential buyers, and sellers. This role offers a unique blend of administrative and customer service responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

  • Assist with document management, data entry, and record keeping.

  • Prepare and process real estate transaction paperwork.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for the real estate team.
  • Handle inbound calls from clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Answer inquiries related to properties, listings, and real estate processes.
  • Schedule property viewings and appointments for our real estate agents.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Prepare contracts, lease agreements, and other real estate documents.
  • Maintain client and property databases (CRM software knowledge is a plus)
  • Ensure all property listings are current, accurate, and well-presented.
  • Coordinate and assist in initial negotiations with property owners.
  • Call and follow up with property owners.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a real estate administrative role & Coordinator
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
