As a Real Estate Administrator cum Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate agency. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and also handle inbound as well as outbound calls from clients, potential buyers, and sellers. This role offers a unique blend of administrative and customer service responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with document management, data entry, and record keeping.
- Prepare and process real estate transaction paperwork.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the real estate team.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer inquiries related to properties, listings, and real estate processes.
- Schedule property viewings and appointments for our real estate agents.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure exceptional client service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
