Guardians Prime Real Estate L.L.C. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Administrator to manage daily operations, support our sales team, and ensure smooth business processes within our fast-paced real estate environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate sector
  • Strong knowledge of DLD contracts and the Trakheesi system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM software
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism, discretion, and adaptability in handling confidential information
  • Fluent in speaking English, Arabic and French languages.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage Dubai Land Department (DLD) contracts: Forms A, B, F, A-to-A Agreements, and NOCs
  • Handle Trakheesi permits, property listings, and verification processes
  • Draft and manage official company documents including MOUs, NDAs, NOCs, and Power of Attorney (POA)
  • Manage CRM portals and ensure listings are updated on Property Finder and other real estate platforms
  • Oversee developer registrations, renewals, and compliance documentation
  • Organize, track, and maintain accurate records, contracts, and administrative files
  • Respond professionally to emails, calls, and client inquiries
  • Conduct market research and assist in marketing campaigns
  • Provide executive-level support to management, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
  • Assist in general personal secretary duties such as calendar management, travel coordination, and confidential correspondence
