Home Square Real Estate is looking for a proactive candidate to fill-in the Administrator role!
We are looking for an immediate joiner, or someone who can join the earliest possible. As the Administrator, you’ll serve as the backbone of the company, streamlining transactions and coordinating with the management, sales department and accounting department, ensuring that transactions are recorded accordingly. This role require high multitasking ability and a can-do attitude, with strong attention to details and most importantly, can work under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a real estate administrative or operations role
  • Strong knowledge of RERA laws and real estate regulations in Dubai
  • Familiar with DLD portals and listing platforms like Property Finder and Bayut
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and think critically
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Capable of working both independently and in a team
  • High level of professional discretion and integrity
  • Proactive and highly organized personality

Responsibilities
  • Create and optimize property listings across major portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
  • Draft tenancy contracts, sales contracts, and related documentation
  • Assist tenants with maintenance issues and follow up on resolution
  • Coordinate with internal maintenance team and external service providers
  • Handle petty cash and basic financial records
  • Liaise with PRO for documentation and government processes
  • Report directly to management with regular operational updates
