Description
  • Preparation of Payment Schedules, Lease reservation, tenancy agreements, ejari contracts, no objection certificates and inspection reports, rent collection, payment follow up, receipts and anything related to the tenants but not limited to letters, notices etc.
  • Coordinate with the Broker/watchman for Clients viewing the properties.
  • Deal and communicate with brokers, property consultant etc. for renting or selling of properties.
  • Daily Preparing a summary for the available, sold or booked units for rent, conduct general check-ups on the properties and submit inspection reports and cancellation/termination for our properties. Send updated regular reports to departments concerned.
  • Get documents signed by landlords and tenants.
  • Coordinate the maintenance issues.
  • Keep track of all logs, parking logs.
  • Take care of client complaints and make sure they are addressed on time.
  • Assisting the Manager in coordinating with staff, Clients and tenants. Provide support to other departments when needed.
  • Arrange on regular basis the tenant’s file to ensure that required documents are all updated such as passport, visa, ID, Trade License, POA, checklist is completed.
  • Responsible for preparing the office supplies.
  • Preparing the corporate kit when top management personnel travel to other countries which should include: IHRPM profile, Copies of all project profiles/feasibility studies/ maps/ affection plans, as per Manager’s instruction.
  • Preparing and initiating meetings for management or staff members when required.
  • Coordinating with printers, designers, advertising companies for quotations and negotiations.
  • Preparing notice/emails/memorandum to tenants or any other correspondences as required.
  • Preparing lay-out for signboard/banners/location map and other designs as needed.
  • Generating and sending reports regarding ADS and website as needed.
  • Assisting all department heads and colleagues in their tasks as needed/requested.
  • Monitoring expiry dates of top management family passports.
  • Checking and addressing e-mails and respond to all emails as needed.
  • Handle FedEx or shipments.
    Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
  • Great punctuation and communication skills
  • Able to commute to Nad Al Hamar
  • Working days is Sunday to Thursday
  • Relevant experience in Real Estate
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
