Description

Krib Real Estate is looking for a proactive Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our sales, leasing, and property management operations. The role involves managing client communication, preparing contracts (RERA/Ejari), handling property listings, coordinating viewings, and supporting daily office tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in UAE real estate procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calls, emails, and client inquiries
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and Ejari documentation
  • Update property listings on portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
  • Support marketing and social media campaigns
  • Maintain CRM, invoices, and office reports

Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate administration (UAE preferred)
  • Knowledge of RERA/Ejari procedures & CRM systems
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Fluent in English

Location: Sheikh Zayed Road | Full-time
