JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, while providing expert advice and exceptional customer service throughout the process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent .
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and real estate CRM systems.

• Assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of properties.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses.
• List new properties on various online and offline platforms.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful closures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and laws.
• Prepare necessary documents such as sales agreements, lease contracts, and listing forms.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with property developers, landlords, and other agents.
