Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate & qualify leads via CRM, referrals, cold leads, and field networking
2. Handle full sales cycle from listing to closing and post sale follow up
3. Conduct viewings, property inspections, and client meetings confidently
4. List properties using company-provided CRM, Property Finder, and website
5. Stay updated on Dubai market trends, pricing shifts, and new launches

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Dubai real estate (Secondary market preferred)

OR strong sales background in any industry with proven closing skills

  • RERA Certification (preferred) or willingness to complete within 30 days
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi are a plus)
  • Confident, adaptable, and quick to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Tech-savvy comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business & portals
  • Must be comfortable creating video content and growing a personal brand
  • Highly goal-oriented, punctual, coachable, and obsessed with self-growth
