REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently residing in the UAE
  • Previous experience in sales (real estate, insurance, retail, etc.) is preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian, French, German, or Arabic are a plus
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and RERA certification is a strong advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist clients with the purchase, sale, and rental of properties, offering expert guidance throughout the process
  • Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and legal regulations within the UAE
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Expand the property database by sourcing new listings and verifying ownership documentation
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and building strong client relationships
  • Maintain and grow professional networks with owners, investors, and developers
  • Create and manage high-quality property listings including photos, descriptions, and marketing content
  • Conduct market research and property evaluations to identify business opportunities
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and manage follow-ups to ensure seamless transactions
  • Negotiate offers and close deals while maintaining client satisfaction and trust
