As part of A1 Properties’ strategic growth and dedication to delivering exceptional real estate services, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced, motivated, and client-centric professionals to join us as Secondary and Commercial Property Consultants.
You’ll work with a results-driven team handling both the resale of residential properties and commercial real estate transactions across Dubai. From luxury apartments and villas to prime office spaces and retail units, you will have access to exclusive listings, robust marketing support, and powerful tools to maximize your potential in the secondary and commercial markets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in either Dubai’s secondary residential or commercial real estate market.
  • RERA Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Familiarity with commercial property processes, leasing contracts, and DLD regulations.
  • Confident in conducting site visits, property evaluations, and investment consultations.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet client and business demands.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads through our advanced CRM system.
  • Assist clients through every stage of the transaction—from initial consultation and property viewings to price negotiations and final closing.
  • Build a strong command of Dubai’s residential and commercial freehold areas, property values, and investment trends.
  • Advise clients on investment opportunities, leasing strategies, market dynamics, and long-term asset performance.
  • Source, list, and promote both residential resale and commercial properties on leading property portals and internal channels.
  • Prepare and execute sales/leasing agreements in full compliance with RERA regulations and UAE real estate laws.
  • Maintain updated and accurate listings, client interactions, and documentation across CRM and property platforms.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with investors, landlords, business owners, corporate tenants, and co-brokers.
  • Represent A1 Properties at client meetings, networking events, property tours, and industry functions.
