Avari Real Estate is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Broker to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in Dubai’s real estate market (sales & leasing).
• Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary market transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (Other languages is a plus).

• Handle rentals, sales, and purchases in the secondary market.
• Promote and sell off-plan projects from top developers.
• Build and maintain a strong client network.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations with landlords, buyers, and tenants.
• Create and execute effective marketing strategies to maximize sales and leads.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets with full support from the company.
