QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate, with a focus on Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market, communities, and lifestyle offerings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• UAE driving license and real estate certification preferred.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and property portals.

• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in property transactions across Abu Dhabi.
• Provide expert guidance on property values, market trends, and legal procedures.
• Conduct property tours, client consultations, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through networking and referrals.
• Stay informed on new developments, off-plan projects, and regulatory updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to market listings and close deals efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
