JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Real Estate Agent with 1–2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate should be fluent in at least one of the following languages:

• Hindi / Urdu
• Russian
• Mandarin / Cantonese / Chinese
• French

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–2 years of real estate sales or leasing experience in Dubai.
• RERA certification (preferred, or willing to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Hindi/Urdu, Russian, Mandarin/Cantonese/Chinese.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Valid UAE driving license and car (preferred).

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated with market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.
• Prepare necessary documentation (contracts, agreements, and forms).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
