REQUIREMENTS:

· Conduct Calls and consults with clients to understand their real estate needs.
· Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
· Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
· Show properties and support clients throughout the transaction process
· Develop and maintain a network of clients, real estate professionals, and potential leads.
· Stay up-to-date with local real estate markets, trends, and legislation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· With experience as a Real Estate Agent.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
· Knowledgeable in Dubai Real Estate Market with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
· Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Valid UAE driving license and own car is an advantage.
