Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on buying, selling, renting, and leasing residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for helping clients make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation:
  • Understand client requirements and provide personalized advice on buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive information about the market trends, pricing, and available properties.
  • Property Sales & Leasing:
  • Assist in marketing and promoting properties for sale or rent through various channels.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants.
  • Manage the entire property transaction process, including legal documentation, agreements, and closing procedures.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct research on property values, market conditions, and local trends to provide up-to-date information to clients.
  • Advise clients on pricing strategies based on market conditions and property analysis.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client needs are met post-transaction.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Marketing & Networking:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential clients and buyers.
  • Utilize online and offline platforms (social media, property websites, etc.) to advertise properties.
  • Network with other agents, property developers, and industry professionals to source new opportunities.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
  • Prepare and review contracts, leases, and agreements in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in real estate or property consultancy (fresh graduates with relevant internships may also apply).
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and property laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Proficient in using real estate platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
