JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring Real Estate Agents who can provide expert advice to clients on real estate investments, sales, and leasing. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to grow within the real estate industry and a proven ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals. We offer training, support, and a commission-based model for those who are new to the industry, and competitive salaries for experienced candidates.

FOR EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES (AT LEAST 1 YEAR IN REAL ESTATE):

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales in Dubai, with a solid understanding of the local market and property laws.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • ENGLISH is a MUST, other languages is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s property market and legal frameworks.
  • Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for real estate.
  • UAE Driving License is advantegeous.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by helping them make informed decisions regarding property purchases, sales, and rentals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of clients through networking and referrals.
  • Provide detailed and accurate property information to clients.
  • Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the sales process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide continuous support throughout the transaction process.
  • Negotiate deals effectively to ensure favorable outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Ensure all legal, compliance, and financial requirements are met for property transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest market trends, property values, and new developments in Dubai’s real estate sector.
  • Meet sales targets and performance expectations.
