Responsibilities
  • Graduation from PLACE Launch and Buyer/Listing Certifications, and Web Lead Conversion Certification
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
  • Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Conduct 1-2 open houses per month
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
  • Engage in script practices according to team standards
  • Participate in team activities as per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
