QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (preferred).
• RERA certification (mandatory or willingness to obtain).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• High level of professionalism and self-motivation.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial, off plan properties. You will represent the company professionally, ensure compliance with RERA laws, and achieve individual and team sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Arrange property viewings and provide expert advice on market trends, prices, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Prepare and review property documents, agreements, and contracts in line with RERA requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of property listings, client details, and transactions.
• Stay up to date with the Dubai real estate market, new projects, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships.
