ABOUT US:

Bright Plus Fitout is expanding its real estate division and is looking for experienced Real Estate Agents with a strong track record in the UAE market. If you have at least 3 years of experience in the UAE and an established client database, we want you to join our dynamic team!

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE real estate market
✅ Established client database (buyers, sellers, and investors)
✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills
✅ In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate trends and laws
✅ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
✅ Valid UAE real estate license (if applicable)
✅ Fluency in English and Arabic and other languages are a plus)

• Utilize your existing client database to generate leads and close deals
• Manage property sales, leasing, and investment transactions
• Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transaction processes
• Stay updated with UAE real estate regulations and market trends
