Description
The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for converting marketing-generated leads into successful property sales transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through the entire home-buying journey. Key Responsibilities Handle and convert leads generated through digital marketing, advertising campaigns, events, and walk-ins Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and purchase timeline Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly conversion targets Conduct site visits and showcase properties to prospective buyers Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties from the portfolio Build strong relationships and provide consultative selling approach Handle negotiations within approved discount frameworks Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and market trends Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales (direct sales only preferred) Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license (must) Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends Local language proficiency Competitive fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives Additional benefits as per company policy
