REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent knowledge of the local property market.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
• Driving license and own car preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct market research to identify property value and trends.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing, and property listings.
• Guide clients through the entire real estate process, including property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Prepare and present property listings, contracts, and other documentation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and company sales targets.
• Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
