A well-reputed real estate company established in 2011 seeks highly driven and result-oriented Off-Plan + Secondary sales agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads. In this role, you will work closely with potential buyers, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience (1+ year preferred) in Dubai real estate with a focus on off-plan and/or secondary market.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes and RERA regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, etc.) are a plus.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own car preferred.
  • RERA Certification (preferred or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on suitable investment options, including off-plan projects from leading developers and ready-to-move-in properties.
  • Generate leads, build a pipeline, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and property comparisons to support clients with informed decision-making.
  • Guide clients through the full sales process: property viewing, negotiation, RERA compliance, and final transaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends, developer launches, payment plans, and ROI metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing, legal, and sales support teams to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Attend property launches, exhibitions, and industry events as a company representative.
  • Advertising, marketing, and promoting property vacancies to attract prospective tenants/buyers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their real estate needs, preferences and financial capabilities.
