Key Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Offer expert advice on Dubai’s real estate market, neighborhoods, and property values.
⁠ ⁠Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers.

Requirements:
⁠ ⁠Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent
⁠ ⁠In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and property values.
⁠ ⁠Familiarity with real property transactions.
⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
⁠ ⁠Self-motivated, results-oriented, and dedicated to achieving sales goals.
⁠ ⁠Eager to learn and adapt to new knowledge and market trends.
⁠ ⁠Fluency in English/Urdu .
Preferred Arabic.
⁠ ⁠Existing relationships with buyers and sellers are an advantage.
