OVERVIEW:

We are looking for ambitious and driven Real Estate Brokers to join our team. As a broker at Lux-Sar, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, and closing high-value property deals across Dubai’s luxury residential and commercial real estate market.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous real estate experience in Dubai is an advantage, but motivated beginners are welcome (training provided).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We offer a high commission structure, starting from 50% up to 65%, daily company leads to help you close deals faster, full marketing and admin support to back your sales efforts, comprehensive training to help you grow your skills and career, and visa and health insurance provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect, generate, and manage leads provided by the company as well as your own network.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Present and market properties effectively through professional viewings, digital platforms, and company marketing support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, property laws, and RERA regulations.
