JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking ambitious and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing property sales and rentals while delivering exceptional service to clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (preferred, but not mandatory for motivated candidates).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
• Valid UAE driving license and car (preferred).
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate prices, and finalize deals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and developments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.
• Prepare and manage necessary documentation related to property transactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/rental targets.
