Job Summary
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for a driven and multilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian) to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate in a fast-paced, international market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and assist European-speaking clients throughout the property buying, selling, or leasing process
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations
  • Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and related documentation
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian) and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing
  • UAE real estate experience and RERA certification is an advantage
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
