QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Fluency in a European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) and English
• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the UAE
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market and legal framework
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus

We are looking for a driven and multilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in a European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. You will represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, with a focus on delivering premium service to an international clientele.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist clients in property transactions across Abu Dhabi’s residential and commercial sectors
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance throughout the sales process
• Offer market insights, property valuations, and investment advice
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
• Stay informed on UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings
