Hiring: Real Estate Agent / Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Dubai Marina | Aston Gate Real Estate
Compensation: AED 4,000 – 8,500 + Commission

Aston Gate Real Estate is an international boutique brokerage with offices in Dubai, Canada, and soon the UK. We are hiring a highly experienced real estate professional to serve as both an Executive Assistant and Sales Agent, directly supporting a busy CEO of an international real estate company.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO in daily operations, business development, and client management.
• Manage client calls, coordinate and conduct property showings, and assist in negotiations.
• Handle off-plan transactions, prepare contracts, and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Maintain CRM systems, organize schedules, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Work closely with developers, clients, and the CEO to drive successful transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience (builder/developer sales rep or brokerage).
• Proven record of closed transactions.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
• UAE driver’s license preferred.

Package

• Monthly salary: AED 4,000 – 8,500 (based on experience) + commission.
