• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) – Arabic is a plus, but not mandatory
• Previous real estate experience back home OR sales/telesales background
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Willingness to be trained and mentored
