Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY

The Real Estate Agent provides guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing/ renting property for the right price under the best terms. There will be basic pay, training and good commission package.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
  • Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
  • Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
  • Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
  • Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
  • Present purchase offers to sellers.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
  • Initiate sales as well as assist in any marketing activities, including cold calls, e-mails, online postings plus face-to-face meetings, designed to identify engage prospective new customers.
  • Building and maintaining a network of clients.
  • Achieving monthly targets.
  • Remain knowledgeable about the UAE real estate market and practices
  • 60-70% Commission Scheme.
