JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a driven and passionate Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of proven experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan and/or secondary market) with strong knowledge of developers, communities, and the overall property landscape.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai developers, projects, and communities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be currently based in Dubai.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

• Handle both off-plan and secondary market transactions.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Provide professional property consultations to clients based on their needs.
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate trends, market insights, and project launches.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
