Job Responsibilities

• Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties under the best terms.
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
• Market properties through advertisements, online platforms, and open houses.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay updated with real estate trends, regulations, and market developments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson.
• Successful sales record in real estate.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pleasant, trustworthy, and client-focused personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online marketing platforms.
• Valid Real Estate Agent/Broker license in UAE.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (additional languages are a plus).
