Responsibilities: Cultivate loyal relationships with investors (worldwide) & advise/facilitate in reaching their real estate investing goals Proficient in handling transactions from contract to close as many of our investors are not in the Charlotte area Maintaining proper documentation of all real estate transactions Requirements Qualifications: NC Real Estate License, although provisional brokers can be considered based on education level (SC not required but a plus) Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures Ability to market properties effectively to attract potential buyers sales oriented mindset to meet sales targets and generate revenue Ability to build trust and rapport with clients Self-motivated and great organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
