REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years as a UAE Real Estate Agent
• Network: Established client base or demonstrable ability to build one rapidly.
• Skills: Mastery of sales techniques and negotiation.
  Proficiency with CRM tools and property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut).

Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Hindi) are a plus.

• Traits: Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.

ROLE SUMMARY:

We seek driven, results-oriented Real Estate Agents with 2+ years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, specifically in off-plan properties and secondary market transactions. You’ll leverage our premium resources to close deals efficiently, build client relationships, and capitalize on Dubai’s booming real estate landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Property Sales & Listings: Market and sell off-plan developments (pre-construction) and secondary/resale properties.
• Client Acquisition: Generate leads through our premium portals, networking, and company-provided referrals.
• Deal Management: Guide clients through end-to-end transactions, from negotiation to closing.
• CRM Utilization: Maintain meticulous client records using our advanced CRM system.
• Market Expertise: Provide data-driven insights on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work with our back-office team for seamless documentation, compliance, and support.
