CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing (UAE preferred)
• Proven track record of closing property deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven
• Proficiency in CRM tools and property listing portals
• Must be based in the UAE and ready to join immediately

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Dubai
• Generate leads through various channels (calls, social media, networking)
• Arrange property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
• Negotiate and close deals between buyers and sellers
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords
• Stay updated with Dubai’s property laws, market trends, and real estate procedures
• Update and maintain client database through CRM systems
• Coordinate with marketing and admin teams for listings and documentation
