We’re Hiring: Off-Plan Property Consultant
Location: Blu Bay Tower, Business Bay, Dubai
Start Date: Immediate
Iceland Real Estate is a fast-growing, firm based in the heart of Dubai, specialising in off-plan and luxury secondary properties. We are expanding our multilingual sales team and are looking for driven professionals to join our dynamic office in Business Bay
If you speak any of the following languages, this is an advantage
English or arabic plus any of the following:
russian, French, German, Turkish, iranian , or Chinese

What We Offer:

  • High-quality, qualified leads from ongoing digital campaigns & international roadshows
  • Uncapped commission structure: Earn 50%–75% (COMMISSION ONLY)

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate preferred)
  • Strong business acumen and sales drive
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CRM experience is an advantage
  • Driving license is a plus
  • Must be fluent in English + one of the listed additional languages

Your Role:

  • Drive off-plan sales through local/international client engagement
  • Promote exclusive project launches and property portfolios
  • Build long-term client relationships with tailored investment solutions
  • Maintain close relationships with leading developers
  • Stay updated on market trends, new projects, and legal updates
  • Ensure clear communication and documentation throughout the sales process
