QUALIFICATION

• Proven experience in real estate or a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of customer service and sales practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (a plus)
