Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a proactive and client-focused Real Estate Agent fluent in Italian to join its dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with Italian-speaking clients and investors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
• Experience in real estate or a sales-driven role preferred
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented
• Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market is a plus

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi
• Build and manage a portfolio of Italian-speaking clients and international investors
• Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process
• Conduct property viewings and coordinate negotiations
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and local regulations
• Manage listings and client communication using CRM systems
• Collaborate with the marketing, legal, and mortgage teams to ensure smooth transactions
