Job Title: Real Estate Agent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand your client base, driving sales and meeting targets.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed on trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist clients with property listings, organize viewings, and negotiate deals.
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records and report regularly on sales performance.
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities to grow your client base.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Open to students and freshers eager to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Arabic, Chinese, and Russian speakers are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably male candidates.

Compensation:

  • Salary: AED 2,000 - AED 4,000 per month (based on experience).
  • Commission: Attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
  • Visa: To be discussed during the interview (Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate).
