Job Title: Real Estate Agent

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand your client base, driving sales and meeting targets.
- Build lasting relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed on trends and competitor activities.
- Assist clients with property listings, organize viewings, and negotiate deals.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records and report regularly on sales performance.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities to grow your client base.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not required.
- Open to students and freshers eager to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Arabic, Chinese, and Russian speakers are welcome to apply.
- Preferably male candidates.
Compensation:
- Salary: AED 2,000 - AED 4,000 per month (based on experience).
- Commission: Attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Visa: To be discussed during the interview (Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate).
