REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in real estate leasing and/or sales (1+ year preferred)
• Valid driving license and access to a car (if applicable)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and target-oriented
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Must be presentable and professional in conduct
