Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and developer site visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, homeowners, and referral partners. Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline. Guide clients through the reservation, booking, SPA signing, and payment process. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system. Stay updated on new project launches, market trends, developer incentives, and pricing strategies. Attend company meetings, training sessions, and developer events as required. Passion for real estate and a strong desire to build a successful sales career in Dubai Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
