Reports To: Sales Manager
Role Overview
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and sophisticated Real Estate Agent to join our Luxury Sales Division in Abu Dhabi. This role is designed for high-performing professionals with a deep understanding of the luxury property market and a proven ability to deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. You will represent some of the most prestigious properties in the region and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent premium and ultra-luxury properties to discerning buyers and investors
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and international clients
  • Conduct private viewings, property tours, and tailored consultations
  • Provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing, and investment strategies in the luxury segment
  • Negotiate and close high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism
  • Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM systems
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
  • Strong network of high-net-worth clients and investors
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a client-first mindset
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are highly desirable
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Familiarity with luxury property portals and CRM platforms
