Nestello Estate Agents is looking for motivated people to join our growing sales team.

This is a self-employed, commission-based estate agency role suited to someone who is ambitious, confident speaking to people and wants the opportunity to build a career in property.

No previous estate agency experience is required. If you have experience in sales, customer service or property, that is a bonus, but we will provide the training you need to get started.

What makes this role different?

Unlike some self-employed estate agency models, there is no upfront fee to join us and no charge for using our software and systems. You earn through commission based on the business you generate and complete.

You will also have the flexibility to choose your own working hours and, once your training is completed, work remotely from home while managing your own clients and leads.

Your role

As a Self-Employed Estate Agent, you will:

• Speak with homeowners and potential buyers
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Carry out property valuations and market research
• Help homeowners understand their options when selling
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Manage buyer and seller enquiries
• Negotiate offers and help progress sales
• Build relationships with clients and generate repeat/referral business
• Use our property software and marketing systems to manage your pipeline
• Work alongside the wider Nestello team to progress transactions from instruction through to completion
