JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will help clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing excellent customer service and expert advice.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role (Mandatory at least 6 months in real estate ).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Presentable, proactive, and target-oriented.

Language:

• Fluent English (Preferred)

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct property viewings and accompany clients during inspections.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Negotiate offers and prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds).
• Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
